Terms of Service — SnapQuote

1. Acceptance

By using SnapQuote you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SnapQuote generates indicative project estimates from a homeowner's submitted project details and the contractor's pricing rules. The photo is included with the lead for contractor review; it is not used for automated measurement. Estimates are not binding quotes. The contractor is solely responsible for the final quote and any work performed.

3. Accounts

Contractor accounts must be created with accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
No uploading of photos of people without their consent.
No attempts to access other accounts or bypass security.

5. Estimates & liability

Estimates are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapQuote is not liable for any decisions made on the basis of an estimate, nor for any work performed by a contractor.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
