• Contractors: account email, company details, pricing rules, and notification preferences.
• Consent records: the exact wording you agreed to and a timestamp.
• Technical: essential cookies, basic device info, and error logs.

3. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on your consent to submit a lead, on contract to provide the contractor service, and on legitimate interests to keep the platform secure.

4. How we use your data

• To generate and deliver an estimate.
• To send your lead to the contractor whose link you used.
• To email notifications about your enquiry.
• To improve the accuracy of our estimating engine.

5. Sharing

Homeowner data is shared only with the specific contractor whose share link you used. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Lead records are retained for as long as the contractor account is active, or up to 24 months after last activity, whichever is shorter.
